What colors do you offer?
We offer a variety of solid color options as well as metallic and reflective colors. See our available colors on our mailbox decal colors page. Note that not all colors are available for every design style.

How do I apply mailbox numbers/decals from your company?
We provide easy to follow directions so your mailbox numbers and decals apply cleanly and easily. Our decals are specifically designed for mailboxes exposed to the elements and last many years in the elements.
How soon do you ship orders?
We understand mailbox projects are usually pressing. All orders ship within 2 business days, even personalized orders. We do our best to ship same or next business day.
What is DuraRef™ reflective material?
DuraRef™ reflective material is a specialty adhesive vinyl made specifically for outdoor mailbox applications. It has high reflective ability known as "super engineer grade" (similar to street and highway signs) for clear visibility at night and it is made to last up to a decade, even in the elements. All our reflective decals are made from this material.
Don't be fooled by competitors using lower grade reflective material. The reflectivity on their mailbox decals is usually poor with numbers fading or peeling in just a year or two.

How long do your mailbox decals last?
Longevity of our mailbox decals depends on the product, finish, and particular exposure where the decal is applied. We only use high quality, road sign quality vinyls made to withstand direct exposure to weather and sunlight. Most our products last at least 5 years with many lasting up to 10 years or longer.
If your decal is placed in a protected area or inside, they can last indefinitely.
Many competitors use lower quality material to save on cost. Unfortunately many of the products on eBay, Etsy, and Amazon fail after a short period of time.
Mailbox letters and decals is all we do so of course we want happy customers for referral and repeat business. We only use top grade materials that apply easily, look great, and last a long time.

We do offer bulk discounts. We frequently work with contractors, schools, and businesses on one-time and recurring projects. Contact us if you have a project with custom requirements or bulk decals for the best price.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on most of our products because many are personalized.
For standard shapes and reflectors (not custom), we do accept returns within 14 days on unopened, unused products.
We stand behind our products 100% and if we made a mistake we will of course ship a replacement at no cost to you.
